I am a qualified Counsellor offering therapy to adults and young people, providing a safe space to explore issues, unpack uncomfortable experiences, working together to facilitate change.
I work with a wide range of presenting issues including anxiety, stress, trauma, feeling stuck or lacking direction, difficulties from childhood or past experiences, life transitions, abuse, grief and loss and many more.
Working in a collaborative way, tailoring my approach to each unique person and their individual needs, drawing on a variety of therapeutic approaches.
